Sports journalist attacked in Azerbaijan

The Baku police have started investigating an attack on the well-known sports observer Rasul Shukyursoy (Allahverdiev). As reported by the 4th branch of the Binagadin district police division, currently investigatory actions are underway to reveal the suspect and attract him to responsibility.

MoD of Nagorno-Karabakh refutes losses in the fight with Azerbaijani militaries

The Ministry of Defence (MoD) of Nagorno-Karabakh asserts that the losses of Azerbaijan during the combat clash on August 31 made at least seven killed and wounded persons. The Armenian party, as the department reports, had no losses; one soldier was wounded.

ECtHR to consider claims of Azerbaijani citizens to Armenia and vice versa

On September 15, the High Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) will consider the claim of an Armenian citizen against Azerbaijan and the claim of six Azerbaijanis against Armenia. The applicants claim violations of their civil rights during the Karabakh War in 1991-1992.

MoD of Nagorno-Karabakh reports injury of its soldier by Azerbaijani servicemen

An armed clash of the Armenian and Azerbaijani parties burst out in the northeast of Nagorno-Karabakh. According to Karabakh militaries, both parties suffered losses, while their Azerbaijani counterparts did not confirm their losses.
